Here, we removed a roof deck over an existing garage. We then dug footings in front of the garage and built a 2 story addition, which included turning the garage and open area that was formerly the roof deck into interior spaces. The addition added 2 bedrooms, a sleeping nook/kids room, 1 additional full bath, reading room, laundry room and both a deck off the master suite & roof deck with both ocean and bay views. Lastly, we built a bocce court in the rear yard and extended the Ipe deck to meet the court.
